Functional art for the tools of your trade. This one-of-a-kind patchwork tool booklet is naturally dyed with indigo, madder root, and weld. There is a traditional Schoolhouse quilt block on both the front and back.
Made from organically grown cotton and hemp fabrics, and quilted with Japanese sashiko thread. The patchwork piecing was done by machine and the quilting was done by hand with Japanese sashiko thread. The felt strip on the inside is wool which I dyed with lac. The button closure is vintage from my collection. The interior fabrics were dyed with indigo, and homegrown flowers.
Measures approximately: 8.5”h x 6.5”w when closed (8.5”h x 13”w when open)
