Functional art for the tools of your trade. This one-of-a-kind patchwork tool booklet is naturally dyed with madder root and osage orange. The purple print fabric is a remnant from my stash. There is a traditional Schoolhouse quilt block on both the front and back.
Made from organically grown cotton and hemp fabrics and repurposed fabric from my stash. The patchwork piecing was done by machine and the quilting was done by hand with Japanese sashiko thread. The red felt on the inside is wool which I dyed with madder root. The fabric on the inside of the booklet was dyed with homegrown flowers. The vintage button closure is from my collection.
Measures approximately: 8.5”h x 6.5”w when closed (8.5”h x 13”w when open)
