BLUEBIRD QUILT
Clear blue skies after a night of snowfall, a skiers delight aka bluebird day!
The organic cotton and organic linen fabrics in this quilt were dyed with subtle varying shades of indigo. The neutral background is organic cotton. The pinks came from quebracho and the tans from Hopi Sunflowers. The batting (middle) layer is organic cotton. This big quilt was machine pieced and then lovingly hand quilted with Japanese sashiko thread.
Measures: 85” x 91” (made to fit a queen size bed)
