Farm & Folk Quilt Alchemy Errata
Thank you very much to everyone who has purchased a copy of my book Farm & Folk Quilt Alchemy! When I wrote it the editors and I went over the text again and again and again to make sure everything was correct but alas a couple mistakes have been brought to my attention. My humble apologies! Please grab your copy and a pencil and let’s correct these two errors.
First, open to the Dye Apron pattern on page 23 and look at step 4. You will notice that the first and last sentence of this paragraph basically repeat themselves. With your pencil cross out the first sentence of step 4.
Now turn to page 90 where you will find the instructions for the Patchwork Squares Quilt. The second and third sentences in the CUT list say:
Cut 144 squares from your background color. Then cut 144 squares from your six ombré gradation shades.
In both sentences cross out 144 and correct it to say 288. You will need a total of 576 squares to make this quilt. The yardage requirements in the palette & materials list is correct though so you do not need to change anything there.
If you discover any more errors or have any questions, please get in touch by filling out the form here on my contact page. My apologies again and I appreciate your understanding!
